Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Though snoring is a common part of sleep for many people, it may also be a sign of serious sleep disorder. The occurrence was more in the middle-aged and the older man. This OSA causes breathing to repeatedly stop and start during sleep. The intermittent relaxation of throat muscles which blocks the airway during sleep.
